Kalladka Tea!

One of the famous tea back in my hometown, Mangalore. Kalladka tea is named after it's place Kalladka. More than the taste, this tea is an art in itself. It is famously also known as 3 layered tea. I got obsessed with making this since my brother started travelling to Bangalore, and he always stopped at Kalladka to drink this tea also known as KT. Once decoction is ready, get hold of a spoon, place it gently just between the frothy layer and milk, and sl...
